If you do not agree with any part of these ToS, you must not use our Site or purchase from us.

2. Definitions

  1. “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing / using the Site, browsing products, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us.

  2. “Products” means all goods (artisanal handicrafts, home décor items, accessories, etc.) offered for sale on ArtisanAlEcho.com.

  3. “Order” refers to a request placed by you to purchase one or more Products on the Site.

  4. “Service” refers to any aspects of ArtisanAlEcho.com made available to you (including product listings, shopping cart, checkout, customer support, etc.).

  5. “Content” includes all text, images, graphics, logos, and other material displayed or made available on the Site.

  6. “Razorpay” means the third-party payment gateway we use to process payments from Customers (https://razorpay.com/).

3. Eligibility and Acceptance

  • Eligibility. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and will abide by these ToS. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these ToS.

4. Account Registration

  1. Account Creation. To place an Order, you may need to create an account by providing your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and a password.

  2. Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Products and Orders

  1. Product Descriptions. We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing Products, including dimensions, colors, and materials.   2. Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time you place your Order.

  3. Order Acceptance. Receipt of an Order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your Order; it merely confirms we have received your request. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity). If we decline your Order after payment, we will refund any amount charged.

  4. Minors. If you are under 18, you may browse the Site freely, but you cannot place an Order without your parent’s or guardian’s involvement and agreement to these ToS.

6. Payment Processing (Razorpay)

  1. Payment Methods. We currently accept the following payment methods:

    • Credit/Debit cards via Razorpay (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

    • Net banking via Razorpay

    • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) via Razorpay

    • Wallets (as supported by Razorpay from time to time)

  2. Razorpay Terms. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through Razorpay’s platform. Your use of Razorpay is subject to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (available at https://razorpay.com/).

  3. Payment Security. All transactions are encrypted and processed directly on Razorpay’s servers. We do not store your credit card or UPI information on our servers. However, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, and understand that we may use third-party services to verify and process your payment.

  4. Payment Failures. If your payment fails, we will not process your Order. If payment is successful but Order fulfillment is delayed or canceled for any reason, we will issue a refund to the original payment source within [3–5 business days].

  5. Taxes and Fees. All taxes (including GST, as applicable) are displayed during checkout and included in the total amount. If any additional taxes or fees apply after Order placement (e.g., customs duties for international shipments), you are responsible for paying them before delivery can occur.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Policy. We ship Products to addresses within India only (unless otherwise specified on the Site). Estimated delivery timelines, shipping charges, and carriers will be displayed at checkout.

  2. Delivery Estimates. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier network delays, natural calamities, strikes, or governmental actions).

  3. Risk of Loss. All Products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to you when the carrier picks up the product from our facility.

  4. Missing or Damaged Shipments. If your Order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@artisanalecho.com. We may ask for supporting photos to process a replacement or refund.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel an Order before it is shipped. If you wish to cancel a pending Order, please email support@artisanalecho.com with your Order number and cancellation request. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled—but you may return it (see below).

  2. Returns / Exchanges.

    • Eligibility. Most Products may be returned within [7–14] days of delivery if they are in original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags/labels intact). Custom or personalized items (e.g., bespoke handicrafts) may be non-returnable—see specific product page disclaimers for details.

    • Return Process. To initiate a return, contact us at support@artisanalecho.com with your Order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide a return shipping label or instructions. All return shipping costs are either borne by you (unless the return is due to our error) or deducted from your refund.

    • Inspection and Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of receipt and approval/rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [7–10 business days].

  3. Non-Returnable Items. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Gift cards

    • Customized or personalized Products (unless defective)

  2. Dispute Resolution.
