Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can use that link to see its real-time status.

• Still in “Processing”? We’ll pick, pack and hand over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days.

• In transit? Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

• Delayed or lost? If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 48 hours, please contact us at Artisanalecho@gmail.com or via our website chat—we’ll investigate right away.

We pack orders every weekday, but our courier partners may not run pickups or drop-offs on national public holidays.

• Any orders placed on a holiday will ship on the next business day.

• If your delivery date falls on a holiday, it will be automatically rescheduled for the next available delivery slot.

We deliver to all major urban and suburban pincodes in India. To confirm coverage for your exact area:

1. Add your items to the cart.

2. Enter your pincode at checkout.

3. You’ll instantly see delivery options and estimated dates.

If your area isn’t serviceable yet, you’ll be notified before you place your order.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
Next-day delivery is available for orders that:

• Are placed before 3 PM IST on weekdays, and

• Ship to eligible metro pincodes (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad).

Orders placed after the cutoff—or going to non-metro or remote areas—will default to our standard 2–5 day service.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
A signature is required for first-time deliveries to ensure your décor arrives safely. If you can’t be home:

• Authorize a neighbor or building manager to sign.

• Reply to your courier’s SMS with “Leave at door” (where available).

• Schedule a redelivery or pickup from the nearest depot via the courier’s website.
