At ArtisanAlEcho.com, we take pride in delivering your handcrafted, artisanal products safely and punctually. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when we ship your orders.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation
    Once you place an order and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 1–2 hours.

  • Processing Window
    All orders typically require 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) to process before they are handed over to the courier. During peak sale periods (festivals, special promotions), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Customization Lead Time
    If your purchase includes any personalized/customized item (e.g., bespoke engraving, hand‐painted detailing), please allow an additional 2–4 business days for creation before shipping.


3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (India)
    We currently ship to all Metro and Tier-1/Tier-2 cities across India. In select rural or remote pin codes, delivery may take longer—see estimated timelines below.

  • International
    At present, ArtisanAlEcho.com ships to India only. If you are located outside India, please reach out to us at support@artisanalecho.com for a custom shipping quote and any import/customs guidance.


4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Choice of Carrier
    Depending on your shipping address, order weight, and delivery urgency, we reserve the right to choose the most reliable carrier.

  • Expedited Shipping
    If you need faster delivery (e.g., 1–2 day service to metro cities), please email us at support@artisanalecho.com before placing your order. We may charge an extra expedited‐shipping fee based on carrier rates.

  • Note: These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement. During festival seasons, nationwide lockdowns, or courier network disruptions, delivery may be delayed beyond the above estimates.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

    1. A “Shipped” email notification containing the courier name, AWB/Tracking number, and a direct tracking link.

    2. SMS updates (if you opted in for SMS notifications) at key milestones: “Out for Delivery” and “Delivered.”

  • To track your order manually:

    1. Go to the courier’s website (link provided in the shipping confirmation).

    2. Enter your AWB/Tracking number.

    3. If you experience any tracking delays (no status update for more than 48 hours from dispatch), email us at support@artisanalecho.com so we can intervene.


8. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Correct Address
    You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address (house/flat number, street, locality, city, state, pin code, and a working phone number).

  • Address Changes

    • Before Dispatch: Email support@artisanalecho.com immediately with your Order ID and the updated address. We will attempt to update the shipping label if the order has not been dispatched.

    • After Dispatch: If the package is already in transit, we cannot guarantee a mid‐transit address change. However, we can coordinate with the courier for an address correction form—additional courier charges may apply, which you will be responsible for.

  • Undeliverable Orders

    • If the courier attempts delivery but cannot locate the address or nobody is available to receive it, your order may be returned to us. In such cases:

      1. We will notify you via email/SMS.

      2. To reship the order, you’ll need to pay any re‐shipment or additional courier fees before we dispatch again.

      3. If you choose not to re‐ship, you may request a refund minus any non‐refundable courier charges.


9. Packaging & Handling

  • Protective Packaging
    Each product is carefully wrapped in eco-friendly, shock-absorbent materials (e.g., bubble wrap, protective inner sleeve). Fragile items (such as ceramics or glass) are double-boxed when necessary.

  • Sustainable Materials
    Wherever possible, we use 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging (kraft paper, cardboard, corn-starch peanuts, etc.).

  • Inspection Before Dispatch
    Every order is inspected by our Quality & Dispatch team to ensure the correct product, quantity, and no visible damage before handing it to the courier.


10. International Customs, Duties, & Taxes

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
    If in the future we introduce international shipping:

    • All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • These fees are often collected by the courier at the time of delivery or billed separately by your local customs office.

    • Please check with your country’s customs authority for specific regulations before placing an order.


11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit

    • If your order arrives damaged, keep the original packaging and damaged item.

    • Take clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

    • Within 48 hours of delivery, email support@artisanalecho.com with:

      1. Your Order ID

      2. Photos of damage

      3. A brief description of the issue

    • We will initiate a damage claim with the courier and—once approved—either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:

      1. Check with neighbors, building management, or other family members.

      2. Confirm the shipping address on your Order.

      3. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@artisanalecho.com within 5 business days of the delivery date.

    • We will file a “missing parcel” inquiry with the courier. If the courier confirms loss after their investigation (typically 7–10 business days), we will send a replacement or process a refund, subject to courier claim policies.


12. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address where a courier can deliver directly.


13. Holiday & Peak-Season Shipping

  • During major Indian festivals (Diwali, Sankranti, etc.) or year-end sale events, courier networks experience high volumes. Expect processing + delivery times to lengthen by an additional 3–5 business days.

  • We will notify you in advance (via website banner or email) if we anticipate any shipping delays during scheduled festivities or regional strikes/lockdowns.


14. Bulk Orders or Corporate/Gifts Shipping

  • For bulk orders (more than 10 units of the same product) or corporate gifting, please contact support@artisanalecho.com for a customized shipping quote.

  • Bulk shipments may qualify for discounted shipping rates or consolidated pallet shipments if your address is served by larger logistics providers.
